In-vitro Fertilisation (IVF) & Donor Programmes
Our counselling service is unique in Singapore, and includes support for all IVF clients as well as specialist counselling for our donor programmes and genetic testing. Clients are offered coaching and counselling sessions prior to commencing hormone stimulation, before embryo transfer and beyond. We find this places couples in the best possible emotional state for their treatment. Research shows that emotional and mental stability can have a positive impact on the procedure.
Our team of specialised fertility counsellors have experience in counselling, psychology and/or coaching and specialised knowledge in how to support both individuals and couples on their journey. They focus on two key areas of support - counselling for any past events, and coaching for the future treatment - how to stay calm and positive.

HypnoMothering is a 2.5 hour class for mamas-to-be, new mamas and mamas of young children. Developed by two hypnotherapists, each a mother of twins, this fun, practical class teaches mothers easy and fast self-hypnosis techniques to make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that mothers can face.

Mamas-to-be: The original HypnoMothering class format was created to prepare first
time expecting mamas for a gentle transition into motherhood.
Mama with babies under 2 years: This version of HypnoMothering is designed to help mothers find balance and energy throughout the early years of motherhood.
How is Self-Hypnosis helpful for Mothers?
Rapid Relaxation: Hypnosis provides easy to learn techniques to quickly relax mama’s body while creating mindfulness and balance.

Children and young adults have the ability to be in a so-called ‘hypnotic’ state throughout the day. It can happen while watching the clouds moving, the rain drops moving down the window glass, while ‘listening’ to teachers or parents but drifting into an imaginary world with their thoughts. It’s a wonderful natural ability that unfortunately tends to get lost when becoming adults.
So, through the altered stage of consciousness during hypnosis, the subconscious mind is more open to suggestions and makes it very easy to resolve problems. Children and young adults respond particularly well to hypnotherapy because they have a natural desire for new experiences and creative ideas. Challenges such as anxieties, school problems, sleep disorder, bed-wetting etc. can be addressed with positive results in a few sessions.
