Counsellor Intern

I am a dedicated Master of Counselling student, passionate about helping individuals navigate life's complex challenges. With a strong foundation in various therapeutic approaches, including Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I offer a comprehensive and empathetic approach to counselling.

Having received professional training in IVF coaching and counselling, I support individuals and couples through the emotional and psychological aspects of fertility treatments. My expertise also extends to relationship counselling, life transitions, and parenting issues, where she provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and address their concerns.

Before embarking on my counselling journey, I gained invaluable experience in a demanding investment banking career in London and Hong Kong. This background has endowed me with a deep understanding of the pressures and stressors faced by clients in high-stress jobs. I leverage this unique insight to help clients develop effective coping strategies and achieve a balanced, fulfilling life, making them feel understood and supported.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I find solace in nature walks, appreciating the peace and tranquility of the outdoors. An animal lover, I cherish spending time with my two cats and dog, who bring joy and companionship into my life. As a mother who has raised two children, now young adults, I am familiar with the educational and social challenges facing young people today.

Through my holistic approach, combining professional expertise and personal experience, I am committed to fostering resilience, growth, and well-being in every individual I support.
