I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s complex challenges. Drawing on a strong foundation in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, I offer a comprehensive and empathetic approach to counselling. My professional training in IVF coaching and counselling further enables me to support individuals and couples through the emotional and psychological complexities of fertility treatments.

Whether working with individuals or couples facing mental health issues, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or parenting challenges, I provide a safe, supportive, and understanding environment to address their unique needs.

In my previous career in Investment Banking in London and Hong Kong, I gained firsthand insight into the challenges of demanding careers. These include navigating job stress, managing relationships and families, and adapting to significant life transitions suc

h as relocating. This experience allows me to connect with both local and international clients in Singapore, offering tailored support for their personal and professional lives.
As a mother of a teenager and a young adult, I have a deep understanding of the emotional and social challenges young people face today, from academic pressures to managing relationships and self-identity. This perspective enhances my ability to relate to clients navigating parenting or family dynamics.

Through a holistic approach that combines professional expertise with personal experience, I am dedicated to fostering resilience, growth, and well-being in every individual I support.
