Embarking on a journey of change takes immense courage. As a counsellor, my mission is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can be raw, vulnerable, and honest with themselves, while feeling fully supported as they walk their chosen paths. I believe that each person is capable of making the best decisions for themselves, though fears, anxiety, or external pressures can sometimes cloud clarity. My hope is to be a trusted partner in this process—someone clients can open up to, so they feel empowered to move in the direction that is right for them.

Beyond listening, I equip clients with practical tools to navigate challenges with resilience and adaptability, helping them build confidence in facing whatever life brings. Because every client is unique, I draw on a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring them to each individual’s needs.

With professional experience in both corporate and counselling settings, along with several years working with children and adolescents while raising my own young family, I deeply understand the challenges many working parents face today. My areas of interest include supporting couples, parents, individuals on a fertility journey, and teenagers. Regardless of whether you are looking to tackle current life challenges or past traumas, I would be honoured to accompany you on your healing journey.
