Inspired by these powerful words, my mission is to empower individuals, couples, and families through compassionate and personalized psychotherapy, guiding them toward informed decisions and a more confident approach to life. I believe that every setback presents a valuable opportunity for profound growth and transformative change.

As a counsellor with a Master of Counselling from Monash University, I specialize in fertility and couples therapy. With over six years of enriching experience in several private fertility clinics and more than 20 years as a dedicated music educator, I bring a unique and multifaceted blend of expertise to my practice.

I hold certifications in crucial areas such as Suicide Prevention, Baby Loss Virtual Training, and I have completed Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Couples Therapy. Additionally, I am a certified facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich program, which focuses on premarital preparation, marriage counseling, and relationship enrichment.

My extensive background in education has deepened my understanding of children's mental and emotional well-being, enabling me to empower parents through tailored coaching and guidance. My roles at The Helping Hand and St. Luke's Hospital have provided invaluable experience working with adolescents and adults facing complex challenges such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, domestic abuse, and marital conflicts.

As an integrated counselor, I utilize a diverse range of evidence-based techniques, carefully tailoring my approach to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances. My ultimate goal is to create a warm, nurturing, and effective therapeutic environment that promotes healing, resilience, and personal growth.
