I am passionate about fostering mental well-being. I employ evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and mindfulness practices to help clients navigate their emotions and build resilience. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their thoughts and feelings.

I have lived and worked in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the UK. I had a sense of wanderlust from an early age, which led me to voluntary community service in Botswana, mountain climbing expeditions in Nepal and many places beyond. I embrace lifelong learning while cultivating well-being in myself and my clients.

Before training as a counsellor, I enjoyed a successful career in corporate event management.
