“The way out is in” - Thich Nhat Hanh

When my husband’s career took our family to the UK in 2016, I developed a keen interest in mindfulness to help me navigate the transition to a new environment, family and social life. I decided to engage more deeply in mindfulness after experiencing personally the genuine impact and benefit it can offer. I have subsequently incorporated mindfulness into my counselling practice to help clients presenting issues such as stress, anxiety, trauma and conflict.

I aim to offer bespoke and empathetic support to my clients, drawing creatively on my knowledge and experience of CBT, ACT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy and mindfulness. I strive to build relationships with my clients which are grounded on trust and mutual respect and have experience working with couples, adults, adolescents and children.

I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I have lived and worked in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the UK. I had a sense of wanderlust from an early age, which led me to voluntary community service in Botswana, mountain climbing expeditions in Nepal and many places beyond. I am passionate and driven in everything I do and committed to lifelong learning while cultivating well-being in myself and my clients.

Before training as a Counsellor, I enjoyed a successful career in Advertising and PR as a regional event and talent development manager for globally renowned firms.
